What you’ll achieve
As a DevOps & App Architecture SME you will help define, propose and grow business solutions by working directly with customers and the Dell Technologies sales and solutioning teams across the business. You will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a focus on customers and driving business results. You will be expected to help architect services solutions for our customers’ toughest IT challenges, in particular helping customers leverage the Dell Technologies consulting services portfolio in the areas of IT and Applications Transformation.
Be responsible to act as a DevOps, DevSecOps and Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME), having delivery skills and capabilities to design, architect and implement DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE and Application based projects leading CI/CD and agile pipeline real life cases, with in depth knowledge and proven experience in Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) engagements. Responsible for designing the best solution for each application profile scenario, evaluating the proper combination among internal DELL services and methodology capabilities and platforms, combined with eventually required open source and third parties platforms and SW solutions.
Support technical discussions / onsite presentations with customers and internal stakeholder on the services portfolio.
Prepare detailed product specifications for the purpose of selling high end product and solutions and conduct customer needs analysis.
Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers.
Owning and driving transition of customer awarded Statements of Work and expectations to Dell Technologies Delivery Teams, as well as participating during internal project kickoffs.

It will be fundamental this professional have DevOps and Application skills, including active participation in previous DevOps and DevSecOps projects, with experience in CI/CD and agile pipeline real life cases, with SRE in depth knowledge and proven experience in Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) engagements
Field sales experience. Sales history showing ability to sell consulting solutions in complex environments
Demonstrated ability to assist in formulating the customer’s long- term consulting strategic vision and our role as a strategic partner. Strong understanding of operational issues and solutions
Very strong technical and negotiation skills, not to mention financial strength. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
Bachelor degree and Fluent English
Software knowledge, VMWARE, Virtualization, Containers, Microservices, Infrastructure as a Code, Big Data & Analytics, DevOps, Business Resilience, Microsoft and Communication & Collaboration skills and Multi-Cloud/IT infrastructure background (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, SaaS)
