If you consider yourself a natural evangelist – who lives, breathes and becomes the brand, then a fast-paced IT Solutions Provider wants you as their next Marketing Manager. You will head up the management of the Marketing Department, focusing on reseller channel distribution to consumer and business clients in South Africa and Namibia. You will be expected to achieve high brand awareness by implementing global strategy, and focusing locally to build reseller leads, End user clients leads, with a large amount of effort put into building existing and new Partner network through engagement incentives, activities and events. You will also manage the marketing budget,
vendor relationship management/feedback and implementation of vendor strategy in the local market & manage campaigns across all marketing channels – PR, Digital, ATL, events, partnerships.
Support with the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy.
Take ownership for the delivery of key marketing projects.
Contribute to the development of brand positioning, and the crafting of highly differentiated marketing campaigns.
Drive the creating of sales and marketing qualified leads through the stages of the funnel, utilising CRM leads management.
Drive team cohesion, quality, and effectiveness, ensuring targets are clearly understood and that the agreed KPI’s/OKR’s are met.
Ensure a very high standard of service delivery to the business.
Support on execution of the company’s marketing and digital plans – including vendor communication, PR, events, content, social media, GAW, SEO, PPC, Sponsorships.
Provide support to the corporate sales function in terms of presentations, documentation, branding, and all supporting product sales collateral.
Build internal brand and evangelists within internal team.
Report the impact of your initiatives on a weekly basis to the Sales Director.

Perform any reasonable tasks / duties requested by senior management.
Provide design and content for all client facing documents and media to provide a consistent user experience.
Actively promote internal office culture in line with corporate vision.
Continuously look for ways to promote internal marketing.
Consult senior management with any issues that may negatively affect other departments.
Actively research possible areas of improvement in marketing department.
Manage relationships with external providers, including building PR, SEO, PPC, AdWords, Media Agencies (ATL, digital).
A proven track record of success in their academic achievements and career.
Minimum of 5 years Marketing experience.
Experience working across marketing channels – PR, Events, Digital, Media Buying, Partnerships with demonstrable results.
Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

Ability to interact at the executive level.
Experience and ability to manage budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent written, telephone and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand technical terms & improve product knowledge.
Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
Innovative and passionate approach.
Demonstrated successful planning and execution of global product launches.
Good knowledge of online marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
CRM experience to maximise campaigns with a focus on email campaigns.
