- New business development
- Prospecting and cold calling (daily about three hours on the phone )
- Market research
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Talent attracting
- Building up a pool of candidates to market to clients
- Conducting reference checks on candidates
- Attending client meetings and presentations
- Interviewing candidates
- A Business related degree
- 3 Years sales experience
- Exposure to cold calling
- A track record of achievements
- A need and hunger for excellence
- Resilience this is critical in our role as there are many setbacks and one has to overcome these on a daily basis.
- A sale personality- one must be able to influence others and be driven by commission.
