This position reports directly to the chairman of the company. The Executive will provide administrative support and manages the Chairman's Office QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 10 -15 yrs Experience managing an Executive's Office
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other business software programs.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Legal understanding is advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Chairman’s calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials as required.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of Chairman.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist other team members with relevant tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Support and work on projects and tasks handled in the Chairman’s office
- Support team at events
