Senior Building Civil Engineer at Construct Executive Search - KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering.
Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or a Professional Technologist Engineer
Must have 8-10 years of experience in the design of building services, township infrastructure, contract management, quality monitoring, and report writing.
Must have experience in managing GCC & JBCC Contracts and dealing with claims.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Software.
Experience in Revit, Modelmaker, Bill, and iDAS software would be advantageous.
Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word,





and Microsoft Excel
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to relocate to KwaZulu-Natal.
