Dental Assistant and Administrator - Maxillofacial Surgery Practice, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth)
Our client, a Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Port Elizabeth is seeking to recruit a dental assistant and administrator.

Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Assisting with dental procedures and preparing the patient file in respect of information e.g., if it is an injury patient information, coding and submission thereof to the receptionist
- Diary management
- Patient account management / invoicing and debtors management
- Medical aid liaison
- Intermediary role between practice and suppliers
- Stock control and ordering of stock
- Office management and general assisting duties







Qualification and Requirements:

- Matric
- Dental Assistant Qualification
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar dental assistant position
- Any medical patient software system is beneficial

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
