Introduction
Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced HR Specialist with strong ER/IR knowledge and practical experience from the automotive/manufacturing sectors.
Must have Grade 12, a BDegree or BTech in Human Sciences, Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology / Labour Law / IR and at least +8 years’ experience in a senior human resources role.
A strong IR/ER background within manufacturing/automotive, ideally in a large corporate environment and the ability to work in a highly unionized environment is essential. Sound knowledge of the labour laws of South Africa, CCMA / DRC representations is key,
must be able to provide both the full HR and IR functions to the business.
