Facilitating the tendering processes for HVAC projectsAssisting in managing monthly claim cyclesSupporting procurement activities while ensuring adherence to approved ratesMeasuring and compiling cost documentationReviewing contractual documents and project specifications Skills & Experience: Graduate to minimum 3 years of experienceStrong problem-solving skillsSkilled in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelCapable of reading and understanding technical drawingsExperience in HVAC and plumbing is an advantageValid driver's license required Qualification:BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.Contact MATTHEW LOUW on
