Our client in the Construction/Security industry is looking for a Sales Representative in KZN - Pinetown.

They are looking for a talented and competitive sales representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The sales representative fundamental role is achieving the revenue growth objectives. The incumbent must be comfortable working with the sales element.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Calling on architects, quantity surveyors, developers, contractors and shop fitters to follow up on new projects.
- Generate specifications and quotations and prospective opportunities.
- Generate sales through the shop fitters, developers and contractors in order to grow the company's market.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with their customer base i.e through visits.
- Achieving the predetermined budget figures.
- Project manage sites – oversee site and assist with technical knowledge.
- Working close with internal sales i.e. sending orders following up on orders and back orders.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience: Three to five years' experience in the construction/building industry is required.
- Strong customer service attributes.
- Strong phone presence.
- Excellent verbal, written communications and organisation skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic + Commission scheme.
