As a Business Process Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving both the strategic and tactical efforts to analyze, validate, document, and communicate essential business process knowledge. Your expertise will guide the design and implementation of effective models, simulations, and analyses to evaluate and improve both the current and future states of the organization's processes. With a strong focus on delivering complex business outcomes, you will align projects with the business strategy and leverage your technical expertise to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery and Validation: Work with stakeholders to uncover and confirm requirements for business process improvements.
- Process Documentation:
Accurately document processes, workflows, and dependencies to ensure clear, accessible information flow.
- Modeling and Simulation: Develop and utilize models and simulations to assess current and projected states of business processes.
- Complex Analysis: Analyze intricate business challenges, developing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all initiatives are in line with the broader business strategy, supporting the company's growth and operational goals.
Core Competencies:
- Business Architecture: Proven experience in designing and optimizing business structures.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt): Expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency and quality in processes.
- ARIS: Proficiency in ARIS for advanced process modeling and analysis.
- BPMN 2.0: Skilled in BPMN 2.0 for clear and effective process notation.
- Business Analysis: Demonstrated experience in business analysis,
focusing on process improvement and documentation.
- Value Chain Analysis: Ability to evaluate and optimize value chains to enhance operational success.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry Knowledge: Background in banking or manufacturing sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and workflows.

- UI/UX Design: Skills in user interface and user experience design to enhance process usability.
- Software Development: Knowledge of software development practices for closer integration with technical teams.
