Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced Workshop/Service Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga Minimum Requirement:

Minimum of 3 years management experience in a dealership setting
Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Computer literate (Office Suite)
Driver’s licence

Advantageous Requirements:

Management Diploma.
Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry.
Effective understanding of financial budgeting principals.






Effective understanding of electrical technology
Effective understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993)
Effective understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate staff
Supervise service department staff members
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
