Introduction

We are looking for a competent HR Officer who has worked in factory type environment.

The company (manufacturing plant) is undergoing a change management process and the staff are struggling to keep up with the changes. It is a production environment, with a small admin department and the HR person would strongly partner the production team to implement and instil a culture of discipline and good house-keeping. Experience in change management would be an added bonus.

Desired Experience & Qualification

We therefore need someone with a strong IR knowledge, who is firm and able to stand their ground. Someone who has worked "on the ground" as it were,





has experience in performance and discipline management, is firm and has some CCMA experience
