Our client in Bon Accord, North of Pretoria would like to appoint a Customer Relations Management Agent with Pastel experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum requirements:

- 5 Years experience in Customer Care or Similar position
- Contract Management: Loading of new clients and updating existing client details on all systems (Pastel, RPX / CRM)
- Customer Care (After sales Service): Client queries, complaints, reporting, assisting all departments with Client Related queries
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (English)
