BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Corporate Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in TFS Fleet, responsible for setting up corporate client meetings, discussing their capex need, assessing creditworthiness, structuring deals, and executing transactions to credit committee and relevant internal and external stakeholders . This position requires a deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Measurable Key results Areas include, but is not limited to: -







- Sales and marketing skill to engage with blue chip companies and large corporate to understand their fleet needs and future capex requirements.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment of corporate clients to determine creditworthiness and suitability for various financial products and services.
- Structure and negotiate complex financial transactions including asset-based credit facilities, tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal TFS stakeholders, including relationship management, underwriters, legal consultation, to develop and execute client-focused financing solutions.
- Assess market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities and mitigate risks associated with corporate credit and deal-making activities.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals, term sheets,





and presentations for internal approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the financing lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, market developments, and emerging trends in corporate finance, leveraging insights to enhance deal structuring and execution capabilities.
- Delivers on a market share target to increase TFS brand and loyalty from Toyota Network, as well as corporate and fleet customers.
- Monitor portfolio performance and credit exposure, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate risk management strategies.






- Manage legal agreements in line with product offering and section 45 sureties.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with dealerships, HINO, TSAM and other potential business partners to promote Toyota Financial Services products and Hino Financial Services.
- Collaboration with the rest of the business & TFS stakeholders.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

- Experience Required

3-5 years Asset Based Finance or Fleet Sales environment and deal making experience will be advantagous.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned Nationally.

Stay up to date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to automotive financing and lending.







Strong active Credit Analyst and Financial Analysis acumen.
