Full job description
Multi Award Winning Nursery-Stodels, Bryanston is looking for a dynamic, physically fit Branch Manager. The position will report directly to the Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Branch profitability
- Management of sales, mark up, write offs, bottom line, expenses and stock losses
- Effective stock management
- Management of branch merchandising, quality standards, Visual merchandising standards and general housekeeping standards.
- Drive high levels of customer service standards
- Report analysis & interpretation
- HR, IR and staff development
CRITERIA NEEDED:
- Minimum of 5 years retail experience at branch management level or level equivalent in exposure and or responsibility
- A successful record in sales, profit management, stock management, purchase management, staff management, strategic & operational planning
- Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels
- Sound retail business acumen understanding the drivers of profitability
- Own vehicle and valid driving license.
