**The Purpose of this Position**
- Effectively communicating with customers, all aspects of the business, i.e progress on orders, back orders, stock levels and prices.
- Conduct regular telephonic follow ups with customers, canvass orders from the customer base.

**Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following**:

- Provide excellent customer service to all incoming customer communications.
- Work 100% accurate with customer orders and pricing.






- Keep an accurate back order system for all orders on units and parts.
- Communicated these back orders to the Sales Manager in the form of a excel document or record on Autoline system.
- Ensure that all calls are answered within the shortest space of time.
- Always man the internal sales offices at all the times.
- Canvass new business form our current when it’s required.
- Refer end users to the nearest company Dealer.
- Provide advice to customers when it’s required.
- Record lost sales on Autoline, when stock is not available.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures regarding deliveries and credit control procedures.

No cash sales.
- Always conduct themselves in a professional manner.**Inherent Requirements**

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- Matric.
- Must be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
- Strong admin skills.
- Must have 5 years or more sales experience in Power Products or similar role would be advantageous.






- Dedicated and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and outgoing.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to maintain accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of Autoline would be advantageous.
