Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced Workshop/Service Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga

Minimum Requirement:

- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a dealership setting
- Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Computer literate (Office Suite)
- Drivers licence

Advantageous Requirements:

- Management Diploma.
- Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry.
- Effective understanding of financial budgeting principals.
- Effective understanding of electrical technology






- Effective understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993)
- Effective understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop and motivate staff
- Supervise service department staff members
- Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
- Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

- Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
