Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Location: Groenkloof - Pretoria
Salary: Commission-based position
Closing date: End Dec 2024
Duties and responsibilities:
- Complete real estate training programs to gain essential knowledge.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Pretoria Old East (Brooklyn, Groenkloof & Waterkloof).
- Work under supervision with constant training for skill refinement.
- Utilize technology to effectively market and list properties.
- Cultivate strong client relationships for exceptional service.
- Conduct property showings, highlight unique features.
- Employ negotiation skills for successful transactions.
- Manage contracts, ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Uphold professionalism and ethics.
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Cell phone and laptop for seamless communication.
- Reliable transport for property visits and meetings.
- Motivated and open to continuous learning.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Reside near Waterkloof, Groenkloof & Brooklyn area
