If you have a keen eye for detail, a flair for design, and the technical prowess to bring visions to life, then this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.Utilize advanced software tools such as Autodesk Revit to create detailed architectural plans and presentations.Oversee project teams,
mentor junior staff, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships.Coordinate with international partners and travel as required to oversee project developments and ensure seamless execution.Qualifications:MArch/MTech Degree (BTech/BSc candidates with exceptional skills and experience will also be considered).5-10 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Strong design and technical skills with a proven ability to ideate and execute complex architectural details.Excellent presentation skills with a track record of delivering compelling design proposals.Proven experience leading projects across various stages,
from initial concept to handover.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.Experience in fulfilling leadership roles within project teams.South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa.An up-to-date passport, with the flexibility for international travel as part of your role.
