My client, a leading player in the property management sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and logistics properties. If you have a passion for property management and a proven track record in the field, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and logistics properties.
- Handle lease agreements, tenant relations, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
- Optimize property performance through strategic asset management and budget oversight.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and operational standards are met.
- Collaborate with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues and implement property improvements.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or logistics properties.
- Exposure to MDA property management software is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, negotiations, and property law.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
