As the Group Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will be responsible for consolidating financial reports, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to senior management.
Your leadership will guide a team of finance professionals and ensure compliance with financial regulations while driving process improvements and operational efficiency across the group.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- CIMA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
