Group HR Data and Cost Analyst - North R 800K
Degree in Data Science/Statistics plus 8 years in similar role. The role is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The analysis includes both quantitative and qualitative data on compensation, employment costs, and other employment statistics. Strong system-driven approach by driving system maintenance and improving HR data systems, ensuring data integrity, and developing dashboards and visualizations to communicate key findings effectively. Drive HR Projects that improve and standardize functional HR operations, processes, HR-related systems, and their functionality.
The role supports HR budgets and labour force budgeting processes supported by the necessary analytics and in collaboration with stakeholders. Including all HR G&A; costs as well as labour costing. The role functions at a group level that incorporates control of all relevant subsidiaries in respective countries. Exceptionally strong level of attention to detail, data analytics and system thinking skills, and one must be proficient in SAP HRIS and related analytical tools eg. Power BI and any other analytical tool secures
