We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing, Content & Social Media Officer to join our dynamic team.
To support the Investor Relations & Communications Specialist with day-to-day administrative support by gathering, organising and uploading data and research to our in-house content management systems. Responsible for coordinating and implementing. Reunert's marketing strategy, creating engaging digital content and managing Reunert's social media presence to drive brand awareness.
Main responsibilities:
The work and responsibilities although not limited, will cover a range of activities including, inter alia, the following duties:
Digital Marketing
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Help manage and optimise Reunert's website for user experience and search engine rankings.
- Support marketing efforts, including designing and ensuring the distribution of marketing collateral such as the internal newsletter.
Content Creation and Distribution
- Assist in developing high-quality content (e.g. social media posts) and copy for website
- Assist with content research, writing, editing and proofreading.
- Assist in promoting and distributing content across various channels.
Social Media Management
- Assist in managing, updating and scheduling content across social media platforms, i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
- Assist in monitoring and responding to social media inquiries and comments.
- Use social media to engage stakeholders and to promote company initiatives.
- Responsible for social media analytics and reporting.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles for the Group Executive Committee.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives and timelines around the corporate calendar.
- Monitor social media and company website metrics.
General communications
- Assist with the drafting, reviewing, editing, and updating content for the website, social media platforms, internal memos, reports, and other communication mediums.
- Design internal publications and presentations and provide creative steer for visual presentations, in both print and electronic media.
- Update and maintain a database for designs, photography, and video content.
Event support and marketing activations
- Coordinate activation events and support to other events organised by Reunert. Events include analyst interactions amongst others.

- Strong administration skills, including planning and organising.
- The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- ยท Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, graphic design or a relevant field.
- 2 - 3 years' experience in digital marketing or content creation or social media management.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, and others relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of graphic design for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of relevant design software (Adobe, HTML).
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles,
social media platforms and communications precepts.
- Portfolio of applicable outputs.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated competence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software will be an added advantage.
