Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to manage the delivery of departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design and alignment as well as service delivery initiatives. This post is based in Cape Town, CBD.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Social Science, Humanities, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Public and Business Management Sciences or related; A minimum of 3 years management level experience in an Organisational Development or related environment; A valid (Code B or higher)
driving licence.

Recommendation
Experience in major organisational transformation.

Remuneration
All-inclusive salary package of R 849 702 per annum (Salary Level 11).
Note on remuneration: Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Notes
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
