Controllingthe overall management of the finance division and responsible forand involved in the finance and cost accounting departments(including consolidated reporting), planning department, accountsreceivable department, accounts payable department and salesdepartment
REQUIREMENTS
BCom (Honor's) Accounting, Financial Management or Similar
SAIPA/SAICA/CIMAQualification will be an added advantage
5- 7 years Managerial Experience (Finance)
Knowledge in commerce and international business
Working experience in various cultures is strongly preferred
QualifiedCA (SA) or equivalent
Experiencein preparing various tax types
Detailedknowledge of dealing with SARS on tax related issues
Ableto work overtime when required, especially during month end
Analyticaland good financial skills
Detailoriented and highly organized
In-depthknowledge of tax
Abilityto resolve queries fast
Interpersonaland people management skills

KEYDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managementof finance projects
Responsiblefor all company secretarial functions of the holding company andsubsidiaries
Ensurecorporate governance issues adhered to
Responsiblefor the entire Treasury function which includes the management ofcash flow, directly or indirectly, banking relationships and RegionalTreasury Centre relationship and reporting.
Costcutting initiatives
Implementand maintain LG GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS controls
Managemonthly accounting closing including division closing and managementof closing deadlines, targets and reporting.
Performingtax planning and providing tax advice and reduce tax risk on acompany and group level including VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF, CIT, TP,Customs and Ad Valorum Tax.
Managementof internal and external audit function and reporting
Responsiblefor policy and documentation design and maintenance
Globalcoordination and alignment
Assistingtop management in designing and implementing adequate systems ofcontrol and accessing current systems for weakness
Maintainan education program to continually develop skills
Keeptrack with trends affecting business both locally and internationally
