Reference: CPT002695-AK-1International concern are seeking an experienced Sales Leader based in South Africa to drive their client's business growth across South Africa and East Africa regions. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the cement and mining industries, particularly with procurement and maintenance departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Generate and analyze sales reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentor and develop junior sales team members
Required Experience & Qualifications
5-6 years of senior sales experience in cement, mining, or chain manufacturing industries
Proven track record of successful sales in industrial B2B environment
Strong network within procurement and maintenance departments
Deep understanding of industrial equipment and solutions
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within South Africa and East Africa and Accommodation, Travelling & Food will be taking care of by the company.
Work Arrangement
