Role: Sales Manager (ISP)
Location: Illovo, Johannesburg
A well-established telecommunications company with a fabulous company culture, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their awesome team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing a sales team as well as bring on new logos. You will have a solid track record of sales and sales management in the ICT industry with knowledge of products which include voice and connectivity solutions including SD-WAN, cloud and hosting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a sales team, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets
- Drive the new business development and take ownership of both personal sales targets and those of the sales team.
- Monitor performance metrics regularly, and proactively implement strategies to exceed goals.
- Team Building: Initially, you will work autonomously to establish yourself and meet your objectives. As the team expands, recruit, train, and develop new sales team members under your leadership.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales management team to develop sales strategies, forecast potential growth, and create action plans to achieve targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and provide input on sales process improvements.
- Reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience and a good track record in sales within the ISP industry,
with a strong understanding of ISP products and services.
- Previous experience in sales team leadership or a similar managerial role.
- Strong relationship-building skills and able to mentor and guide sales executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving personal and sales team targets.
