Job Description
As a 360° Team Lead, you will manage existing and new client relationships. You will be responsible for driving growth and establishing partnerships to promote and sell both our contract and permanent recruitment solutions.
The position will involve working alongside the IT Recruitment desk and leveraging from existing PSL's to open vertical new business for the Finance Recruitment desk. This is a new venture in Swan iT, and involves the recruitment and mentoring of new consultants, guiding and training as well as assisting with budgets and forecasting.
Duties
- Building relationships with Candidates & Clients
- Recruitment function (Resource, Place, Creating leads, Sales, Negotiations)
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
- Advertising vacancies: drafting and placing adverts on the Internet.
- Influence (CRM):
source for appropriate candidates for vacancies.
- Headhunting: identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Manage the interview and offer process for both candidates and clients.
- Some out of hours duties will be expected, within reason.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
- Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients,
addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Offering advice on pay rates, training, and career progression.
- Team Leader:
- Drive the day-to-day activities and performance of a team of Finance Recruitment Consultants
- Monitor consultant performance and KPIs, provide training, mentorship and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with budgets and forecasting
- Account Management:
- Provide end-to-end account management.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Business development:
- Develop new and existing client relationships through new lead generation.
- Proactively generate new leads and opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, proactive prospecting and other lead generation methods.
- Delivering fresh new recruitment strategies
- Ensure POPI compliance at all times.
- Meet and exceed monthly financial Targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly set KPI's.
- Making notes and follow workflows on Influence (CRM)
- Set-up meeting with Client and ad-hoc travel
- Attend monthly appraisals.
- Time to time reasonable duties as expected from Senior Recruiter.
- Time to time, reasonable management duties if required.
Experience
- Degree or Matric with Sales Experience
- Understanding of Recruitment life cycle win a Finance Space will be an advantage.
- Previous experience leading a team of recruitment consultants
- Proven experience in business development roles within the recruitment industry (perm or contract) is essential
- Excellent Grasp of MS package skills (Word / Outlook Etc)
- Be able to communicate on high level business English.
