Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy details, and claim processes.
- Providing information about various insurance products and assisting potential clients in purchasing policies, upselling, or cross-selling other products.
- Recording detailed information about each customer interaction, including complaints, requests, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Handling calls related to policy renewals, lapses, or cancellations, ensuring clients have the necessary information about their options.
- Scheduling appointments for the relevant salesman
Desired Skills:
- good listening skills
- CRM
- Computer Literate
Desired Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 years Call Centre Operator
Desired Qualification Level:
- Grade 12 / Matric
