Full job description
We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our Bank Connectivity Team at treasuryONE.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers: Support in planning and executing various projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate Activities: Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Track Progress: Monitor project timelines and prepare status reports.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Administrative Support: Assist the project team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a project support role, preferably in financial services.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
