Assistant Hospitality Manager
Legacy Yard is looking for a hands on Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

- Operations - visible presence on the floor, meeting, greeting customers and directing staff.
- Customer Relations - Complaint handling, feedback reports, elevate customer experience.
- Purchasing and stock control - performing stock takes, spot checking deliveries assessing quality, quantity against invoices, compiling orders etc.
- Administrative Tasks - Finance, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing/Promotions






- Training & Development - conducting training needs analysis, providing on the job training.
- Hygiene, Health & Safety - HACCP, Fire Walks etc.

Requirements:

- Be passionate and enthusiastic about the role
- Enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience
- Encourage the development of your team through excellent communication and organizational skills
- Have a can-do attitude to continually assess the needs of the business
- Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment,
- Have a genuine interest in good quality food, presentation and merchandising
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in a Management/Supervisory level within a food environment
