Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare full sets of accounts and financial management reports.
- Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
- Ensure all inter-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled.
- Responsible for closing all accounting modules.
- Management of cash flow
- Prepare supporting schedules for audit and management purposes.
- Coordinate with all departments and provide administrative support.
- Provide guidance, advices & support to the accounts team (including subsidiaries) at the operational level.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
- Maintenance of Fixed asset register
- Complete VAT recon monthly
- Monthly Revenue recon
- Capturing all Capex additions
Minimum Requirements
- BCom in Accounting degree
- Completed SAICA articles
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- SAP experience beneficial
- Must be able and willing to travel
