As a BI Reporting Manager, you will be an integral part of their success, driving data-driven decision-making and empowering their teams to excel.
Minimum requirements
- At least 6 years reporting experience
- At least 6 years reporting experience using Business intelligence Reporting Tool
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role overseeing reporting / BI / data analysis
- Strong Excel Skills Essential
- Strong knowledge on how data warehousing works and fits together
- Business intelligence Reporting Tool certificate (QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense) - Essential
- T-Sql Moderate Essential certificate required
Experience in Short Term Insurance Essential
Knowledge of Short Term Insurance systems Essential (Examples - Tial, MMX, Cardinal, Websure, Genasys etc)

- Reporting Data Management and reconciliation
- Report Design, Implementation & Analysis
- Liaison with users, service providers & system providers
- Projects
- Managing implementation of any new binder new brokers / uma’s or new source systems
- Performance management, staff management & recruitment
