Assistant General Manager required for a renowned restaurant based in East London

Requirements:

- Proven experience in restaurant or café management (hotel experience not applicable)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Proficient in inventory management
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule to work shifts, including days, nights, Sundays, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and manage staff, monitoring and evaluating performance






- Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace
- Oversee inventory management and control
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration
