The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial or long-term insurance sectors.
A proven track record as a Financial Manager within a sales-driven environment will be advantageous.
Responsibilities Translate regional strategy into actionable operational deliverablesAnalyze and report on sales performance, income/cost variances, and financial risksDevelop and deliver monthly management reports, including annual targets at all levelsOversee accurate sales target management, financial payment cycles,
and regional budget preparationProvide insights for better decision-making and ensure effective cost management and compliance with risk frameworksCompiling and communication of annual targets from regional to adviser/consultant levelResponsible for the accurate management and adjustment of sales targets on all levelsEnsure that organisational and portfolio structures in the region are accurately maintainedCoordinate financial payment cycle and resolving enquiriesRequirements Relevant tertiary qualificationMinimum of 5 years' experience in the financial or long-term insurance industryTrack record as Financial Manager within a Sales environment Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
