Job Position: Senior Bookkeeper (property)

Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R20 000 to R30 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric
- CIMA qualification highly advantageous
- Strong on Excel
- Must have finance experience in either property sector or Accounting firm (worked on high volume entities essential)
- Sharp, accurate, logical, analytical, self-motivated and structured
- Able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Must be well-presented and spoken
- Accounting experience
- Meticulous (high volume) and attention to detail
- Experience with:
- Running commercial property portfolio
- Loading and capturing payments
- Invoicing
- Reconciling invoices
- Creditors and debtors
- Financial statements
- Dealing with SARS
