Duties:
- Lead the development and strategic enhancement of the credit function, working closely with the Chief Risk Officer.
- Collaborate with business partners to advance risk management and prevention strategies.
- Manage resources within budget and ensure projects meet their schedules.
- Liaise with relevant departments, partners, and external vendors for operational excellence.
- Provide guidance on best practices for models and approaches in a tech-driven environment.
- Play a key role in strategic decision-making and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or data science certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a similar role.
- Strong track record in strategy development and implementation.
