Role Overview :
As a French Sportsbook Support Consultant , you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional telephonic and e-mail support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in placing online sports bets, providing expert advice and support.
- Handle technical and account-related queries promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on sports events through various resources, ensuring accurate responses.
- Collaborate with different departments for swift query resolution.
- Seamlessly onboard new customers, explaining promotions and requirements.
- Process deposits and ensure smooth account transactions.
Requirements :
- Fluent in French (Native proficiency).
- High School Diploma (Matric).
- 2-3 years’ experience in call centers, with a preference for 2 years in a sportsbook / casino environment.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Strong customer service skills and in-depth sports knowledge.
- Familiarity with odds, betting, and computer literacy.
