Sales Manager - heavy earthmoving equipment experience

Our client based in Kempton Park is looking for a candidate with extensive experience and knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment and components to lead the sales team

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,





and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy earthmoving equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
