Job Overview:We are looking for a IT Administrator to manage and maintain the Group's MS-based server & network infrastructure in its totality both onsite and for the resorts (off-site).Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the organization's Microsoft-based server and network infrastructure.Work with the IT Manager to develop strategic plans for the future of the company's IT infrastructure, including the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.Implement and maintain security systems,





including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.Design and implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.Provide third-level support for IT helpdesk, troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, servers, and systems.Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.Participate in the selection and deployment of new hardware and software.Conduct training sessions to improve the IT skills of staff and keep them informed about new IT developments.There are also responsibilities such as CCTV, Generator Checks and Physical Security items like access tags.Additional requirements: Detailed network understandingAssembling new hardware systemsExperience in Active directoriesExperience in ExchangeExperience in Office365Experience in DomainsDNSExperience in FirewallsExperience in VM'sShared resourcesSetup of VMSupport of VMExperience in Backup procedures and softwareCloud based backupsDisaster Recovery proceduresBackupRestoresExperience in System and Network documentationExperience in WIFIInstallation / setupTroubleshootingExperience in SQL databased administrationExperience in NetworksSwitch config and routingFibre InstallationNetwork Cable installationTroubleshootingExperience in CCTV Security Cameras and InstallationEXPERIENCE MatricMCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) or equivalent qualificationExtensive IT Knowledge in both Hardware and SoftwareAt least 2 years' experience in the IT fieldWilling / able to – if need be – work (sleep over) at our resorts nationwide.
