- Plan, organize, and control production activities across Extrusion, Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and Conversion.

- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to achieve production goals while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Tertiary qualification in packaging, mechanical, or process engineering (or extensive industry experience).
