We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Manager to join a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial strategy and operational effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: BCOM/CA(SA) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2-3 years as a Financial Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.
