The HR Officer supports the HR department by performing various administrative tasks, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves working closely with Managers and other staff to facilitate effective human resource management and improve overall employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Employee Records Management:

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation details.

- Ensure all records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with legal and company standards

2. Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Facilitate new employee onboarding,





including orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

- Facilitate offboarding and conducting exit interviews.

3. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

4. Benefits Administration:

- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with enrollment and claims processes.

- Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and surveys to enhance workplace culture.

- Monitoring employee performance.

​​​​​​​6. Training and Development:

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.

- Track employee training and development progress and maintain relevant records.

7. HR Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare HR reports and documentation, including turnover reports,





absence records, and compliance reports.

- Assist with audits and other HR-related investigations as needed.

8. Administrative Support:

- Handle general HR administrative tasks

- Support HR team members with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

- Experience: 3 Years Experience in an HR Officer role is advantageous.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.







- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
