Exciting Opportunity: Front of House Receptionist for a Charming Luxury Hotel!
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to join our team at a small yet luxurious hotel with just 6 beautifully appointed rooms. As we embark on our journey to grow into a vibrant and busy destination, we need skilled individuals who are passionate about hospitality and ready to make a difference!
In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
We are looking for individuals who are well-spoken, impeccably presented, and super friendly, with a commitment to going above and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, inquiries, and special requests, ensuring their stay is exceptional.
- Handle reservations and manage guest accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support various hotel operations, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a small, dynamic environment.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, embodying the hotel’s standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, with a preference for foreign staff who bring diverse perspectives.
- A strong understanding of the long hours and dedication required in the hospitality industry, including availability for weekends and public holidays.
- All-rounder skills to assist in various tasks, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Package:
- 7 days off per month (1.5 days per week and one weekend monthly).
- Day shifts of 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch break (45 hours per week).
- Own transport and lunch are required.
