We help businesses build strong brands through seamless digital experiences.Role Overview:We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Junior Project and Account Manager to assist with project administration, site management, content creation, and client communication. You’ll be involved in a range of tasks, from web development prep to analytics reporting, helping ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Website Testing & Revisions: Ensure sites meet client expectations and perform final checks before launch.
Website Setup & Maintenance:





Handle basic site creation, exports/imports, backups, and updates.
Client Handovers: Update contact forms, enable CAPTCHA, update admin emails, and manage test sites.
Analytics Reporting: Generate and present website performance reports.
Project Administration: Manage project documentation, update templates, organize files, and manage briefing transcripts.
Client Requests & Content Management: Manage client submissions through Contentsnare, distribute content to Figma, and organize project folders.
Content Creation: Write blog posts and manage WordPress posts for Digital Humanity and projects.
Product Checks: Oversee pricing, SKUs, images, and content updates for client products.
Research & Testing: Conduct research on plugins, marketing trends, and test new plugin features.
SEO Tasks: Assist with advanced SEO by preparing meta descriptions, keyword research, and image optimization.
Figma Preparation: Organize and review design elements for web development.

Education:







Completed Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar

Experience and Skills:

3 Years experience in a similar environment
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.
Efficient with a focus on streamlining processes without compromising quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
