Industry experience required - 1 to 3 years
Tasks to be filled on a daily basis:
- Maintaining customer base and growing business by cross selling
- Excellent Customer Service qualities
- Answering the phone
- Telephone etiquette
- Quotations
- Handling queries
- Effective follow-up
- Taking orders
Skills required:
- Ability to understand the product
- Ability to market the products
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Sage CRM experience would be advantageous
Qualities required:
- Logically minded, Organized, Common sense, Punctuality, Reliability, Accuracy, Competent
