The IIE Varsity College, Sandton Campus is seeking appointees in the field of Commerce to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies department for the following lecturing roles:
- Brand Innovation and Design Thinking
- Innovation Management
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

- Organisational skills
- Time management
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Ideal:
- Master's or Honours degree in a Branding/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication/ Innovation field, with Innovation/Design-thinking modules.
Alternatively:
- HEQSF 9 qualification that includes a Branding or Marketing component
- Marketing and/or branding with Innovation/Design-thinking modules should have, at a minimum, been completed within HEQSF 7 and 8 qualifications.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
- Industry experience in commerce.
- Lecturing experience in innovation management, branding, and or marketing management.
- Work experience:
Industry experience is essential in Innovation Management, Brand or Marketing Management.
