Job Description

Our Client in Paulshof is seeking an experienced and highly motivated SaaS Senior Sales Consultant to join our elite sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing complex sales processes, mentoring junior sales staff, and contributing significantly to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SaaS sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Sales Expertise: Lead high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations,





articulating the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to key stakeholders.

- Complex Sales Management: Oversee and manage the entire sales process for large and strategic accounts, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sales consultants, sharing best practices and strategies for success.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up on all sales activities using CRM software.

- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize overall customer value.







- Reporting and Analysis: Deliver regular reports and analysis on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in senior sales roles.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Skills:

- Advanced sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Attributes:

+ comm structure.

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role • Provide good quality work • Very strong analytical,





problem solving and decision-making skills • Effective task execution • Be customer service focused • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Be able to work under stressful conditions • Be able to communicate effectively and clearly • Demonstrate professional attributes • Excellent attention to detail skills • Ability to prioritize work schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrate ability to be assertive and self-motivated • Influencing skills • Lead with confidence • Be able to work overtime and standby as required • Be able to focus on the requirements as set by management • Punctual • Administration skills • Valid driver's license and own transport
