Qualifications:
Matric is essential
Diploma / Certificate / Degree will secure
Minimum of 3 years imports / exports experience is required
Road freight experience is essential
SAP computer literacy is an advantage

Duties:
Manage road freight for imports and exports including all documentation
Assisting the domestic Sales Managers with their day to day business
Entering orders in SAP system
Updating data bases : updating contact details of new suppliers and new customers
Maintaining active relationships with customers, suppliers, logistic partners and credit insurers telephonically and via email
Manage credit insurance management on all customers portfolios
Understanding price trends






Following up on product sampling
Follow the technical standards & legal obligations for the products sold
Conduct marketing studies
Assisting the Sales Manager in the development of existing customers and prospecting of new customers
Administrative tasks
