MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Agriculture advantageous
- At least 3-5 years experience on a dairy farm
- Dairy Management or livestock management experience essential
- Previous Pasture Management advantageous
- Great stockmanship
- Proven ability to AI
- Ability to motivate and work with a team
- Good recording skills. Must be data orientated
- Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills. Be able to delegate and organise
- Mechanically / maintenance orientated
- Ability to speak Zulu and Xhosa advantageous
- Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline driven and diligent
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license
